Ammar is a great manager/mate/mentor I have got. He is truly a great person and the year 2021 was even more towards guiding me and supporting the team all the time towards success. Since the start of 2021 when our project was in the critical stage, he was continuously involved in every minor and major thing to keep moving us and the project in the right direction. He always discusses things and points precisely whenever we need to decide or finalize something big. Also, in the client meetings, he always speaks as our team’s voice.
Even on the personal level, he is very kind, always sharing his input and experience wherever something is critical or requires improvement. His team is like a family to him, knows very well how and where to utilize his troops at the right time.
For me! what else do I need when I have a great mentor like him around. Really wish to keep working under his command for many more years to come.
May year 2022 would bring even higher success and celebrations. And we are keep growing as one team and family under his leadership.
